Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Hangerang LLC (“SiteDraft”, “we”) for using SiteDraft. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use SiteDraft for a business, you agree on its behalf.
What SiteDraft is
SiteDraft helps web developers, designers and agencies collect information from their clients and turn it into organized working content for a website: sitemaps, draft copy, image suggestions, team profiles and a list of what's still missing, with exports for other tools. It isn't a website builder or a host, and it doesn't publish anything for you.
AI drafts are drafts
SiteDraft uses AI to write working drafts from the information you supply. Drafts can be incomplete or wrong, even though SiteDraft is designed not to invent facts and to flag claims that need checking. You're responsible for reviewing content, and getting your client's approval where needed, before you publish or rely on it. SiteDraft doesn't provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Your account
- You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure.
- Give accurate account details, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You must be at least 16 and able to make this agreement.
Your content
You and your clients own the content you put into SiteDraft and the drafts it produces for you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run SiteDraft for you, including sending it to the services listed in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that:
- you have the right to upload what you upload (logos, photos, headshots and text), and your client has agreed to you using their information this way;
- the people you send links or reminders to expect to hear from you, and you'll stop if they ask;
- you'll follow the licence and credit terms of any stock photo you choose.
You decide what's collected about your clients and their team members, and you're responsible for meeting your own obligations to them.
Acceptable use
Don't use SiteDraft to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- create misleading content, such as fake reviews, testimonials or credentials;
- send spam or harass anyone through client links or reminders;
- upload malware, or try to get around limits, access other accounts or disrupt the service.
We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Plans, payments and taxes
- Your first website project is a free preview. To go further, you buy project credits or subscribe to Unlimited, as described on the pricing page.
- Credits never expire. Each one unlocks one website project. Add-ons (WordPress export and Team profiles) apply to one project.
- Unlimited renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; you keep Unlimited until the end of the period you've paid for. Website projects created on Unlimited go back to previews if it ends; their content is kept.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies.
- Purchases are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, which acts as the seller of record and handles receipts and tax. Link's terms also apply to the purchase.
- Each project has fair-use limits on AI drafting, to keep costs predictable. Normal use stays well within them.
- We may change prices; changes don't affect what you've already paid for.
Refunds
- Credits you haven't spent, and add-ons you haven't used, can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Write to hello@sitedraft.studio.
- Subscriptions aren't refunded for part of a period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. That cancels any subscription and deletes your projects and files, so export anything you want to keep first. We may close accounts that break these terms, and if we ever shut SiteDraft down we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your content.
The service as it is
We work to keep SiteDraft available and reliable, and we improve and change it over time. It's provided “as is” and “as available”: to the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that drafts will be accurate or fit a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important content.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Hangerang LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to SiteDraft is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if that's more. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or how you used SiteDraft in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere. Please write to us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell account holders about significant changes by email before they take effect. Using SiteDraft after that means you accept them. Questions:
